CALLING ALL 2023 GRADUATES
We would like to acknowledge all our 2023 graduates. If you or a member of your family is
graduating from High School, Technical School or College this spring, please contact the
church office to let us know where you are graduating from and what your plans for college or
employment may be. We will list them in the June Messenger edition.
SENIOR RECOGNITION SUNDAY
On Sunday, May 7 we will be recognizing all the seniors in our congregation, 70 years of age
and over. This will take place at both the Early and Late Services.
Vacation Bible School
This year Holy Trinity will be joining forces with Abiding Savior Lutheran Church for our children’s VBS program.
VBS classes will take place at Abiding Savior.
Children ages 3 – 5th grade are invited to come join us during the week of June 12th – 16th from 9-11:30 a.m.
Friday will be slightly longer to allow time needed for the closing program and lunch with the extended families.
The stories this year will include God Rescues Noah, God Gives the Commandments, Jesus Calls His Disciples, Jesus Heals
the 10 Lepers and Jesus Visits His Disciples.
If you have neighbors or your children have friends, that would like to venture into the rainforest with us, invite them!!
We do need all children to register with Abiding Savior using the link below to ensure there is enough adult supervision and supplies for everyone!

Update
We had a very successful morning.
We gathered 52 bags of litter, one tire, two hubcaps, some signs, and numerous pieces of wood and cardboard.
That is quite a lot for one morning of work with nine (9) people.
The area looks much better.
Thanks to all who participated!

WHAT: 2ND Annual Southeastern Intentional Grandparents Conference
WHEN: April 28-29, 2023
Starting at 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: St. Paul’s Anglican
316 West Carolina Avenue
Summerville, SC 29483
General Session Speakers include Dr. Larry McCall, Sharon Gamble, and Josh Mulvihill. This conference also features workshops with speakers from around the country, including our own Jane Cahaly.
THE NEED:
More than thirty-million Christian grandparents live in the United States today. Each one has an incredible potential-second only to the parents to influence their grandchildren for Christ. Despite this potential, grandparents are one of the most underserved groups in the church. This results in a host of grandparents who feel ill-equipped to pass their faith to future generations.
THE SOLUTION:
The Southeastern Intentional Grandparenting Conference is designed to inspire and equip
grandparents to pass a legacy of faith to future generations —Psalm 78:1-8.
