05/22/22 Weekly Congregational Updates

Dear Members and Friends of Holy Trinity,

 

Here are this week’s updates:

 

  1. Sunday will be Senior Sunday when we recognize both our high school seniors and our Senior Citizens.  Part of the worship service will be the Blessing of the Graduates.

  2. My sermon message for Sunday will focus on Lydia in our First Lesson as we talk about the Legacy we will be leaving behind us.  I encourage you to read Acts 16:9-15 and google the life of Lydia in preparation.

  3. We still have some yellow Irises remaining.  If you would like some, please bring plastic bags and help yourself. They are located underneath the van carport.  More than likely, we will offer them for another week before putting them out on the curb for city pickup.

  4. Congratulations are in order for Andrew and Erin Merck on the birth of Peter Michael Merck, born May 13.  Andrew and Erin have been faithful visitors the past few months at the Late Service and plan to be joining our church family in the near future.

  5. Ellen Walters recently moved to The Legacy.  Her new address is:  The Legacy of Anderson, 3501 N Hwy 81, Room #139, Anderson, SC 29621.
