Holy Trinity Lutheran Church is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all who step onto our church grounds. It has been several years since we last held a training session for preventing abuse from occurring to our children, youth and vulnerable adults. As part of our policy, we ask that every person who works with these groups in the church to attend a training session that gives instructions on the procedures that were developed to protect Holy Trinity from abuse or false accusations of abuse from occurring. Crafty Ladies If you are a creative person who enjoys doing crafts, this group is for you. If you are a knitter, cross stitcher, scrapbooker, painter, quilter, writer, etc. or anything else you have started and would like to make time to work on your projects, this group is for you. We are meeting once a month on a Saturday to do our crafts and socialize. You bring your projects; we will provide the space and fellowship. “Well Done, Good and Faithful Servant” After needing to be rescheduled several times, please join us on Sunday, June 14, as we remember Ernie Thoms for his faithful service to our congregation as our Property Committee Chairperson for 23 years. We will gather at 10:00 AM in the Fellowship Hall, between the two Worship Services. We will also be dedicating the Mechanical Room in the Fellowship Hall in loving memory of Ernie. 1 event,Saturday Servants As in prior years, HTLC will prepare bagged lunches for the Anderson Emergency Soup Kitchen through the Saturday Servants Program. Each Saturday in July (except the second Saturday) we will gather in the Fellowship Hall to prepare 150 peanut butter/jelly sandwiches and 150 bologna and cheese sandwiches, along with other food items.
