Do you know what medications you take every day? Do you know what your spouse takes? Many people are followed by more than one physician. Sometimes, folks are inadvertently prescribed similar medications or ones that can interfere with each other.
Even with the rise of electronic medical records, it is still important for you to keep a complete and up to date list.
On Sunday, January 26th, after both worship services, members of the Health Committee will be available to review your medications and complete a Universal Medication Form. Bring your current medications in their original bottles to the church office where we will confidentially review and complete a list for you.
